The Ups and Downs!

One more year. Michael didn't make tech, so here we go again, stuck at this stupid rank. I wish the military would promote on the actual job that they do and not whose butt they can kiss or how well they can test, that is what it is all about.

Sorry girl. Can't say I know what it's like - rank is totally different in the Guard so since Ryan's a civilian now, rank only means something to us during the once a year that he's deployed. Here's hoping for next time, though!
